One wedding card that reaches every guest, collects replies and contributions, and opens the gate.
WhatsApp, SMS or paper — every guest gets their own card with a QR and a number. Even without a smartphone, even without a network.
What is Harusi Pass?
Harusi Pass is a Tanzanian service for online invitations. Every guest gets their own card by WhatsApp, SMS or paper, with a QR and a short number. The committee sees who replied, who contributed and who arrived at the gate, even when the network drops.

Frequently asked questions
Can we still have paper cards?
Yes. Download a PDF of all cards — each with the guest's QR and number — and print anywhere.
How does a guest without a smartphone get a card?
They receive an SMS with a short link and their card number. At the gate they just say the number.
What if the network drops on the wedding day?
The gate app checks QR codes without a network and syncs later. The guest's card also shows offline after the first open.
How are contributions paid?
Guests pay with M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money or HaloPesa from their card. The committee can also record cash.
What if someone photographs another guest's QR?
Each QR belongs to one guest and admits once. A second scan shows the committee who entered and when.
How much does it cost?
It is free during the pilot. SMS costs are shown before sending.
